Project Description
An iDiC Level 4 professional delivered a portfolio of corporate governance services supporting strategic client objectives, including governance framework development, compliance enhancement, risk management and alignment of governance strategies with organisational goals.
The professional was appointed as the SPO Enterprise Transformation and Modelling Project Manager for a major Defence initiative. After analysing the current state and establishing a baseline for a revised enterprise model, the scope expanded to include strategic analysis and optimisation strategies for the broader SPO.
