History
Building access to long-term opportunities for Indigenous business.
The Indigenous Defence & Infrastructure Consortium was established because Indigenous owned and controlled businesses were seeking to participate in the delivery of long-term nation-building projects. These projects build sovereign capability and infrastructure, offer longer-term contracts and create meaningful participation for the Indigenous business sector.
Energised by the National Innovation and Science Agenda, Indigenous entrepreneurs rallied together to become a key part of the supply chain of prime contractors in the defence industry.
As a supply chain aggregator, iDiC identifies business opportunities for Indigenous consortium partners and presents turnkey, de-risked integrated offerings to clients.
