Our Strategic Partnership Model
A partnership built for delivery
iDiC works as a supply chain aggregator, deployment partner and delivery manager. Under a Master Services Agreement, clients can access pre-qualified Indigenous suppliers and a broad national capability network through a single relationship.
We identify the right consortium partner, or team of partners, for each opportunity and coordinate engagement, onboarding, contracting, delivery and reporting. This reduces complexity for clients, removes barriers for Indigenous suppliers and creates a practical pathway from intention to outcome.
