Capability Case Study
IT Hardware Ordering Portal
A national ordering and fulfilment service for standardised IT hardware, combining Kirra Services vendor relationships with iDiC automated order management.

Project Description
iDiC and consortium partner Kirra Services provide bulk IT hardware orders to NAB sites nationwide through a dedicated, pre-approved ordering portal. The portal enables NAB employees to order standardised equipment and is supported by a centralised ticketing system that provides a single point of contact for order queries and issue resolution.
Kirra Services uses established relationships with leading hardware vendors and distributors to source competitively priced equipment and manage fulfilment, while iDiC provides an automated order management process that captures, processes and tracks purchase orders at scale.
