Project Description
iDiC was engaged by GHD to support the AIR5428PH3 training platform at RAAF Base East Sale as part of the SEVP Program. The program includes new and refurbished training facilities, living-in accommodation, airside infrastructure and demolition works.
The task order requires Commonwealth procurement and acquisition processes, including support for the PDDP, PDBC, DSC tendering, Exemption 16 HC opportunities and broader project-management activities. iDiC deployed an experienced Level 4 Project Manager with procurement, acquisition, legal and Indigenous engagement expertise.

The program continues to meet Sponsor expectations while adapting to changing Commonwealth requirements, including expedited procurement processes. Procurement and acquisition activities have followed required Commonwealth regulations and supported financial and contractual approvals.
Key outcomes include Indigenous contractor engagement, compliant and efficient procurement processes, and positive client feedback regarding iDiC’s management of complex infrastructure procurement and acquisition while integrating Indigenous participation.
